An Exceptional performance 37" LCD: Stunning picture and quality

Introduction
Flat Panel televisions are becoming more common in the mainstream to consumer electronic. Sherwin Yuyungyuen, consumer electronic expert, is a new proud owner of HDTV 37” LCD TV. I bought this flat screen TV to celebrate my happy 1st year anniversary with my wife, Mookee. We have enjoyed the TV set very much. It offers more flexibility than any TV sets we have ever had. It weighs just 35 lbs (without stand). That is less than a pound per a square inch of screen. The 2 ½ inch thin profile fits my apartment bedroom nicely. I can also plug in different input sources such as TV, PC, game console, VCR, DVD player and view 2 different programs at the same time like watching TV and serf the Internet on a very large high resolution monitor.

The best part about this set is the picture quality. High definition pictures are superb. While watching a Monday night football on high def, I could see each individual grass blade and the facial features of the crowd 20 rows away from the sideline (along with many different things that I could never see before). This particular set is also future proof.

Each frame of HDTV pictures are composed of pixels (electronic dots) at a resolution of either:
1280 X 720 Progressive (full frame picture), or
1920 X 540 Interlace scan (alternately filling in missing odd and even line of pixels to make a full picture).
For your information, a standard North America TV resolution is only 640 X 240 Interlace scan.
This TV set is capable of displaying the highest possible resolution of 1920 X 1080 Progressively.
This such high resolution is not yet available on any HD programs.

Other flat panel technology such as plasma TVs are much heavier, has lower resolution, consume more electricity and produce more heat. I believe the LCD technology will be the forefront and the leader in the next generation of consumer HDTV. It brings us close to a true theater experience at home.
